Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note:
- All returns require prior authorization
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Special order items may not be returnable (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their customized nature or hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:
- Electric Fireplaces (special order items with customized specifications)
- Final sale or clearance items (when marked as such)
- Products missing original packaging or showing signs of use
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our returns team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Confirm your return eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send detailed return instructions
- For exchanges, confirm product availability
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit cards via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal)
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the return is received and processed. Standard shipping times apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Walker Edison furniture arrives damaged or defective:

- We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding select Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for international returns processing
