Non-Returnable Items
Due to their customized nature or hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:
- Electric Fireplaces (special order items with customized specifications)
- Final sale or clearance items (when marked as such)
- Products missing original packaging or showing signs of use
How to Return an Item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Confirm your return eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send detailed return instructions
- For exchanges, confirm product availability
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Refund Process
